Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and business support to Financial Advisers, working towards shared business goals
- Process new business and client valuations accurately and efficiently
- Maintain and update client records and information systems
- Issue and chase Letters of Authority
- Liaise with clients to obtain financial information and documentation
- Ensure all client documents and queries are processed promptly and accurately
- Deliver exceptional service to clients and colleagues alike
About You
- Experience working in Financial Services administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organisational skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and progress
