Location: Cheltenham - Remote, 25 hours a week

Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 pro rata

Responsibilities

  • As an IFA Administrator, you'll be a key support to Financial Advisers and Paraplanners, ensuring clients receive a seamless, compliant, and professional service.
  • Prepare and process new business applications across pensions, investments, protection, and platforms
  • Maintain accurate client records on CRM systems
  • Liaise with product providers for valuations, policy information, and ongoing servicing
  • Generate client reports, illustrations, and letters using provider tools and templates
  • Support compliance processes including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and GDPR requirements
  • Handle day-to-day client communications in a professional and proactive manner

Requirements

  • We're looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced financial planning environment.
  • Previous experience in an IFA, Wealth Management or Financial Planning firm
  • Solid understanding of financial products including pensions, ISAs, bonds, and protection
  • Familiarity with industry platforms and provider portals
  • Confident using back-office systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong administrative, organisational and time management abilities.
