Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary ServiceNow Architect with deep expertise in Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Sales & Order Management (SOM) modules. The ideal candidate will lead the architectural design and strategic implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade solutions on the ServiceNow platform, enabling streamlined procurement, supplier life cycle, and order management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the end-to-end architecture for ServiceNow solutions across S2P (SLP, SPO, APO) and SOM (Product Catalog, CPQ, Order Management) modules.
  • Lead technical design sessions, establish architectural standards, and ensure alignment with enterprise IT strategy.
  • Guide development teams in building robust workflows, integrations, and custom applications using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
  • Architect integrations with ERP, CRM, and third-party systems (eg, SAP, Ariba, Salesforce) ensuring data consistency and performance.
  • Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices in architecture, security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Provide technical leadership in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and solution reviews.
  • Mentor developers and contribute to capability building within the ServiceNow practice.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience architecting solutions in S2P and SOM modules.
  • Strong command of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, and UI Actions.
  • Expertise in Integration Hub, MID Servers, and external system integrations.
  • Deep understanding of ITSM, CSM, Procurement, and Finance domain processes.

Certifications Required:

    • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
    • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
    • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Performance Analytics, NowAssist, Virtual Agent, or Mobile App Development.
  • Exposure to DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Knowledge of enterprise procurement and sales life cycle processes.
  • Experience in leading ServiceNow implementations in large-scale enterprise environments.
