We're currently looking for dedicated Female Support Workers to join our caring and knowledgeable team. Whether you're experienced or just starting out, if you're compassionate, reliable, and ready to make a real impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Shift Pattern

• Full-time 37.5 hours
• Morning shifts: 7:00am - 3pm
• Afternoon shifts: 3pm - 10:00pm
• Night shifts: waking night
• Full flexibility required, including weekends

Where would you be working?

Spencefield Gardens is a friendly supported living service in Evington, Leicester, offering care for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. Set across four modern homes, the service provides a calm, engaging environment where individuals enjoy activities like gardening, swimming, and day trips. With strong community ties and easy access to local amenities, it's a great place to grow-both for the people we support and the team members who work with them.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting individuals with daily living skills and personal goals
• Encouraging independence and community involvement
• Providing emotional and practical support tailored to each person
• Working as part of a close-knit, caring team
