Care Support Worker Female Only

Location: Broadmeadows Estate in Symington, KA1 5PU
Salary: £12.60 per hour + Paid Travel Time and Benefits
Contract: Full time and Part time (8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, Waking Nights, Sleepover)
Service: Meadowview, Hansel Supported Living Service

Requirements: Driving License essential, Female only

Are you passionate about empowering others and creating meaningful change We re looking for dedicated, compassionate individuals to support three incredible women with learning disabilities who live together in a beautifully adapted home in the heart of our Broadmeadow s Estate, Symington.

These women lead unique and fulfilling lives, and we re seeking support workers who can help them thrive as equal and active citizens.

You ll be part of a close-knit, highly skilled team providing person centred support that includes:

  • Specialist health and physical care (PEG feeding, PEP masks, track hoisting)
  • Non-verbal communication techniques
  • Working alongside community health professionals
  • Encouraging active participation in community life

Each person has their own adapted vehicle, so a manual driving licence is essential!

  • A caring, adaptable, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Experience in care is desirable, but not essential we provide full training!
  • Willingness to work a variety of shifts (rotas are built around the people we support)
