Provide deployment completion updates to the Client at intervals agreed during project initiation. Mop-Up: Complete re-arranged deployments and collect replaced devices. Decommissioning: Legacy devices will be retained for three weeks post-replacement at the client facility. After the holding period, disk drives/memory will be removed in preparation for supplier disposal. Drives/memory will be disposed of on-site following the standard Client disposal method.
