Female Support Workers (Part-Time & Full-Time Opportunities Available)

Location: Glen Gryff, Quarriers Village, Bridge of Weir

Pay: £12.60 per hour

Hours: (20 - 39 hour positions also available)

Contract: Permanent

We're recruiting Female Support Workers to join the Glen Gryff team, supporting individuals with complex needs in a calm, caring, and professional environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of a supportive, person-focused team. You'll play an important role in helping people live full, active lives - whether that's at home, in the community, or through their personal interests.

About the Role

You'll be supporting individuals, some who are registered blind and require hoisting, so confidence with personal care and moving & handling is essential.

Shifts may include:

• 08:00-16:00
• 14:00-22:00
• 14:00-22:00 with a sleepover (support starts at 18:00)

What We're Looking For

• Female applicants only (Occupational Requirement under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010)
• A caring, respectful and person-centred approach
• A team player who's reliable, flexible and positive
• Willingness to learn - full training provided
• Moving & handling experience (or willingness to be trained)

Essesntial:

• A full UK driving licence and access to a car
