Your new company Our client is looking for an experienced Wills Writer and Estates Planning Paralegal to join their well-established department and currently has several positions available. This role is a home working position involving some travel to one of their offices nationally. However, they offer a flexible and agile (home) working environment along with hybrid and in-person options, so you can adjust your location to suit your personal circumstances. (For example, their Bristol office is based just outside of Bristol city centre, and they are located in a very commutable location from South Wales, Gloucestershire and Wiltshire.) Our client also offers internal trainee solicitor programmes (with a lean toward estate planning), along with lots of opportunities for progression. Your new role In this role, you'll manage estate planning cases end to end, alongside drafting and taking instructions on a variety of wills and associated estate planning documents.
