WALSTEAD ROCHE, one of the UK's leading web offset printers has the following vacancy for their site based in Cornwall: Electromechanical Engineer (Electrical bias) Salary £40,000 per annum + overtime opportunities at double time 42 hours per week average across 3-4 shifts Working Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday for 4 weeks, then rotating to Thursday, Friday, Saturday for 4 weeks and every other Sunday day shift on rotation 6.00am-18.00pm with a 1 hour paid break Responsible for repairs, servicing and maintenance of all production related equipment, including Fault diagnosis and repair, continuous improvement project/task work, and general site facilities tasks. In addition to these day-to-day duties the role will be allocated specific improvement projects with focus on manufacturing continuous improvement projects/Tasks. We require a multi-skilled electrical and engineering Technician (Electromechanical) who can complete both electrical and mechanical jobs across a wide range of manufacturers machines to fault diagnose, repair, complete preventative servicing and other general site facilities tasks.
