JOB TITLE: IT Engineer

LOCATION: Swindon, Wiltshire

SALARY: £33,000 - £35,000

WAY OF WORKING: Full Time

THE BUSINESS:

C4S are pleased to be working with a leading global construction and infrastructure company.

THE IT ENGINEER OPPORTUNITY:

• Provide 1st, 2nd and 3rd line ICT support, logging, investigating, and resolving user issues.
• Set up and maintain user accounts, profiles, and access rights.
• Support business systems administration and updates.
• Manage and track ICT assets (laptops, mobiles, tablets, phone numbers).
• Assist with employee ICT onboarding/offboarding.
• Report suspected misuse or incidents to senior ICT staff.
• Support large-scale ICT rollouts and projects.

YOUR KEY SKILLS:

• IT Support - Experience providing helpdesk support and troubleshooting hardware/software issues.
• User Account Management - Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra, or similar systems.
• Device Management - Ability to set up, configure, and maintain laptops, desktops, mobiles, and tablets.
• Operating Systems - Knowledge of Windows (), macOS, and basic cross-platform support.
