Job Description
Role Title: Data Analyst (CMDB)
Work mode: Hybrid, 2 days WFO
Contract duration: 6 months and will be extended further
Location: London
- Analyses and interprets data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Produces dashboards, reports and insights to support decision-making regarding the ServiceNow platform.
- Assists with configuration, validation and remediation activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- ServiceNow background experience needed
- CSA certified - good to have
