Responsibilities
- Manage a caseload of high-quality real estate finance matters.
- Act for a diverse client base, including banks and bridging lenders.
- Contribute directly to the strategic growth of the practice.
- Develop new business through marketing and networking activities.
- Provide excellent legal advice and dedicated client service.
- Qualified solicitor with at least two years' PQE experience.
- Proven experience in real estate finance law.
- Recent experience acting for banks and bridging lenders.
- Strong legal and business development skills.
- An existing client following is an advantage but not required.
- Hybrid working arrangement available after your probation period.
- A high degree of flexibility in your working pattern.
