Are you the right person for us?

• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 3 years PQE in commercial law
• Strong technical knowledge of commercial contracts and business law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• High level of commercial awareness and ability to understand clients needs
• A proactive, collaborative, and organised approach to your work

What will your role look like?

• Advising clients on a broad range of commercial matters, including contracts, business transactions, and compliance
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements

• Providing clear, pragmatic, and business-focused legal advice
• Supporting clients with dispute resolution and risk management
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships and supporting business development initiatives
