Sales Executive Midlands Expansion

Salary: £30,000 £50,000 basic + OTE up to double basic (uncapped commission)

The Role of the Sales Executive.

The Sales Executive will play a key role in establishing and growing relationships across the Midlands, identifying new business opportunities and delivering tailored structural warranty solutions to developers, contractors and associated professionals.

This is a consultative, B2B role requiring commercial insight, confidence in discussing technical products, and a passion for building long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities of the Sales Executive;

  • Generate new business through targeted outreach, networking and relationship building
  • Qualify prospects, understand project requirements, and assess build-cost and risk profiles
  • Present warranty and insurance solutions with clarity, confidence and credibility
  • Manage relationships through the full sales cycle from initial enquiry to policy inception
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasting
  • Attend industry events, client meetings and site visits across the Midlands
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of the regional sales function

About You

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within construction insurance, property finance, or related built-environment sectors (other backgrounds considered for standout personalities)
  • Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills
  • Commercially astute, confident and consultative in approach
  • Self-motivated, ambitious and resilient in a target-driven environment
  • Able to build credibility and trust with professional clients

Preferred (not essential):

  • Experience within structural warranties, latent defects insurance, or construction risk
  • Existing developer or broker relationships in the Midlands region
