Ability to build positive relationships and promote independence. Leadership qualities and teamwork skills, with confidence in both lone working and team environments. Able to manage workload proactively, with good understanding of general data protection. Committed to providing the best outcomes for young people, with a willingness to go the extra mile. Always act in a professional manner and demonstrate resilience in stressful or difficult situations. Be able to be mobile across South Yorkshire (Sheffield, Doncaster, and Rotherham) as a MUST for this role.
