Salary & Bonuses: - Salary: £37,500 - £47,500 (depending on Benefit structure and location).

What you will do: - Conduct disability assessments via telephone, video, and occasional face-to-face appointments
- Evaluate physical, cognitive, and mental health conditions
- Review clinical evidence and take detailed medical histories
- Identify functional impacts and produce accurate, objective medical reports
- Collaborate within a supportive multi-disciplinary clinical team
- Use modern systems designed for efficiency and accuracy
Training & Support: - 6 12 weeks fully supported, paid training
- £2,150 approval bonus following successful sign-off
- No annual leave for the first 6 weeks during training
- Notice periods honoured
Essential and qualifications: - Active UK registration: RGN (Adult) / RMN / RNLD / Physiotherapist / Occupational Therapist / Paramedic / Pharmacist
- Minimum 12 months post-registration clinical experience with adults
- At least 1 year recent UK clinical experience
- Strong IT and clinical report writing skills
- Clear, active professional registration (NMC / HCPC / GPhC)
