We are seeking skilled and experienced conveyancers to join our legal team. The conveyancer will be responsible for facilitating the legal aspects of property transactions, ensuring that all relevant documentation is prepared accurately and in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property law, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of residential and commercial property transactions from inception to completion.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, lenders, estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Draft, review, and prepare legal documentation, contracts, and correspondence relating to property transactions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory and legal requirements, including SRA and CQS regulations, and firm policies.
Carry out property searches, enquiries, and investigations as required.
Liaise with clients and other professionals to progress matters efficiently and meet deadlines.
Provide advice and guidance to clients on conveyancing matters, including title issues and contract terms.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, both electronic and paper-based, in line with compliance requirements.
Support fee earners and colleagues within the conveyancing team where necessary.

Qualifications

CILEX or CLC regulated
Minimum three years post qualified experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £23,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
