What you'll be doing Reporting into the sites Maintenance Manager, as a Maintenance Shift Manager, you'll lead a skilled engineering and operational team in maintaining and optimising food and drink processing and packaging assets. You'll oversee planned, predictive, and reactive maintenance, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement practical solutions to enhance efficiency and performance. This role offers hands-on leadership, technical challenge, and the opportunity to shape processes while developing your team's capability.
