Job Description

The Role

  • Focus on mid-market commercial clients (no SME or personal lines)
  • Premium sizes typically £10,000 £100,000 GWP
  • Broad exposure to all classes of commercial insurance (excluding motor and package)
  • Receive warm opportunities from a highly effective lead generation team your focus will be on converting and growing long-term relationships
  • Tech-driven business heavy use of Acturis and AI, structured, efficient processes
  • Office-based role with a collaborative, supportive team

  • Proven experience in commercial insurance
  • Confident handling a range of commercial products
  • Tech-savvy, structured and organised
  • Proactive and sales-driven, with the ability to convert warm leads into long-term clients

Rewards & Progression

  • £40,000 £50,000 basic salary
  • Quarterly bonus 7.5% of all new business
  • New business and renewal bonus
  • Share scheme eligibility after 12 months
  • Realistic earnings up to £90,000 once your book is established (c. £300,000 £350,000)
  • 25 days holiday + bank holidays (with ability to buy back holiday)
