A leading construction and property consultancy is seeking a Project Manager (Senior or Associate level) to lead delivery of a £100m+ commercial office HQ in the North West for a major public sector client.
This is a hands-on role - ideal for someone who thrives on being close to the action, driving delivery, and managing complex, high-value programmes.
You'll bring experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders, ensuring robust governance, clear reporting, and full accountability across all workstreams. Familiarity with strategic procurement and public sector frameworks will be key.
