Job Title: CNC Miller

Location: Coventry

Hours: 7am - 16.45pm, Monday to Thursday - 3 DAY WEEKEND!

Overtime: Mon - Sat 1.5 / Overtime: Sunday x2

Salary: 33,500 - 35,000

The CNC Miller setter role:

The CNC Miller Setter Operator is responsible for the precision machining of complex components to aerospace and defence standards. The role requires setting and operating multi-axis CNC milling machines, ensuring all products meet strict quality, safety, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

• CNC milling setting and operating 4 & 6 Axis
• Reading and working from engineering drawings.
• Working to tight tolerance and using quality measuring tools to check work.
• Understanding of how to programme would be beneficial.

Previous Experience:

• Apprentice trained or Proven experience as a CNC miller

• Experience in high precision manufacturing environment, working small batch work and to tight tolerances.
• Able to read & interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of other machine operations (desirable)
