Job Title: Telesales Executive

Hourly rate: £12.21
Hours: Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 15.00pm
Contract Type: Part time, temporary ongoing, could possibly go permanent for the right candidate

An opportunity has arisen for a Telesales Executive for a successful food production company based in Haverhill, Suffolk.
As Telesales Executive you will be responsible for:
- Contacting potential and current customers by phone to sell products or services
- Making large volume of outbound calls
- Handling inbound customer calls, answer inquiries
- Provide detailed product information
- Processing sales
- Updating customer records in a database
- Meeting sales targets.
An ideal candidate for the Telesales Executive will have:
- Experience in making large volumes of calls
- Excellent Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships.
