THE ROLE

A Sales Executive is responsible for supporting the store team in seeking opportunities to maximize sales and profitability by:

  • B2C sales (direct sales)

  • Reflecting a credible and professional brand image to all customers

  • Maximizing sales through selling and providing an excellent customer experience

  • Processing transactions effectively, accurately and efficiently

  • Tailor making each experience to meet consumer needs

  • Having a thorough understanding of daily, weekly & monthly individual / team targets

  • Upholding a professional & clean working environment

RECRUITMENT PROCESS

The recruitment process is a 3 stage exercise:

  1. Applications will be reviewed and successful candidates will be contacted to arrange a virtual interview

  2. Successful Candidates will be invited for a two days paid trial

  3. After a successful trial, contracts will be signed and a month of shadowed training will commence.
