Senior Rural Surveyor - Warwickshire
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) to join a well-established rural property team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the agricultural sector and rural property management to take on a varied and rewarding role.
You'll work across a wide geographical area, advising clients from individual landowners to major developers. The role offers autonomy and responsibility, while also providing the support of a collaborative team of experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Property Agency: Marketing, advertising, negotiations, and sales progression
- Valuations: Red Book valuations across diverse property types
- RPA & Grants: Managing BPS applications, CSS, and other schemes
- Land Management: Overseeing land under FBTs, GK agreements, and Contract Farming arrangements
- Planning: Preparing and submitting planning applications
- Development: Advising on development opportunities, option agreements, and promotion agreements
- Dispersal Sales: Supporting farm dispersal auctions and collective sales
This role evolves as your career develops, offering increasing responsibility and client engagement. Community involvement is encouraged.
What We're Looking For
- MRICS Qualified Surveyor
- RICS Registered Valuer (preferred but not essential)
- Strong knowledge of farming and rural property
- Proven experience in agency, valuation, development, and CPO work
- Excellent networking and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised, accurate, and tech-savvy
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle
