Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm - 37.5 hours per week (1 hour lunch)

gap construction are seeking a General Labourer to join a reputable contractor working on a 24-unit traditional build housing development valued at 3 million.
This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a well-established team delivering quality residential projects in the local area.

Performance Objectives

• Assist with general labouring duties on site including maintaining cleanliness, moving materials, and supporting trades.
• Work collaboratively with the site team to ensure the smooth running of daily operations.
• Follow all site safety rules and company procedures at all times.
• Carry out tasks as directed by the Site Manager and trades on site.
• Maintain a professional attitude and contribute positively to the site team.

Person Specification

• Previous experience working as a General Labourer on construction sites.
• A valid CSCS card is essential.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable carrying out manual labour tasks.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to assist across all site activities.
