I am looking for a confident, proactive Programmatic Manager to join a global media agency that specialises within Automotive, Financial and Tech markets.
This is a senior role in the team. You will overseekey client accounts, lead initiatives to enhance delivery performance, and mentor team members to achieve operational excellence across omnichannel programmatic platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of end-to-end programmatic delivery for key clients.
- Partner with Account and Commercial Teams to enhance performance and streamline workflows.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to refine delivery processes and roll out best practices.
- Create learning resources to drive ongoing development across the department.
- Manage relationships with key partners and platforms - from onboarding to training and growth.
- Lead campaign QA and optimisation, ensuring flawless execution across all channels.
- Drive Test & Learn initiatives - from proposing new platform tests to delivering measurable insights.
- Represent the business confidently in client meetings and reviews, translating data into actionable strategy.
- Contribute to new business pitches and wider business initiatives, shaping the future of the programmatic offering.
About you:
- 3+ years' hands-on experience managing end-to-end programmatic campaigns (planning, activation & reporting).
- Proven expertise across omnichannel DSPs - The Trade Desk is essential, with experience in DV360 and/or StackAdapt preferred.
- Experience with Display, OLV, DOOH, CTV, Audio, and Native channels.
- Confidence working with analytics tools - GA4, DCM, and relevant certifications a plus.
- Experience leading people and/or complex multi-stakeholder projects.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
- A strategic, analytical mindset and a drive to push programmatic innovation forward.
