Essential Skills & Experience Software Proficiency: Advanced experience with Xero accounting software. Qualifications: ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent qualification. Industry Knowledge: Experience in the travel or leisure industry is advantageous. Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
