Night Receptionist (Maternity Cover) - Lingfield

Hours: 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM 5 days out of 7

We're currently recruiting for a Night Receptionist to join our Front Office team on a fixed-term maternity cover contract. You'll support the night team in running reception overnight-helping guests feel welcome and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to Marriott brand standards.

• Providing a warm, professional welcome to guests during the night shift
• Managing overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
• Supporting night audit procedures and completing admin tasks accurately
• Handling guest feedback or concerns and ensuring follow-up is completed
• Conducting regular safety and floor checks
• Keeping the handover log and daily records up to date
• Following all current procedures and new company updates

• Previous experience in a hotel front office role (night shift preferred)
• Comfortable using hotel systems - experience with Opera is a plus
• A great communicator who is calm, professional, and approachable
• Someone dependable, open, and happy to work independently overnight
• A team player who supports colleagues and takes pride in their work

A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
