Banking Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate


My global FinTech client, based in London, is looking for a permanent Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate to join the team.


This is hybrid working - 3 days a week in the London office.


Paying £40,000 - £60,000 + benefits.



Key skills:

  • Experience working as a Regulatory Affairs Analyst / Regulatory Affairs Associate within a bank / FinTech
  • Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements in the financial markets
  • Experience mapping regulatory changes
  • Experience monitoring and tracking regulatory development and updates
  • Experience producing reports of regulatory changes and maintaining regulatory compliance records and documentation
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and research skills.
  • Highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Degree educated.


Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and track regulatory developments and updates
  • Map relevant regulatory changes and trends that impact the business
  • Prepare reports, summaries, and analyses of regulatory changes and their potential impact, including regular updates and reports for senior management and other key stakeholders.
  • Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance records and documentation
  • Collaborate with senior team members to receive training and guidance on regulatory affairs
  • Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Support the implementation of regulatory strategies and initiatives
