About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and creative Senior Community and Media Manager to lead brand storytelling, media engagement, and community building across digital and traditional channels. This role will be pivotal in shaping how our brand connects with consumers, partners, and the wider industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated media and community engagement strategies
- Lead social media content planning, publishing, and performance analysis
- Build and manage relationships with media, influencers, and brand advocates
- Oversee community management across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sustainability, commercial) to align messaging
- Manage crisis communications and reputation management
- Monitor trends, algorithms, and audience insights to inform strategy
- Report on KPIs and campaign performance
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years in media, social, or communications roles (FMCG or food sector preferred)
- Proven experience in community building and media relations
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and analytics
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset
- Experience managing agencies or freelancers a plus
