LHH is working with a client who is looking to hire a Performance Media Team Manager to oversee delivery excellence, mentor a talented team, and drive measurable impact for a range of clients. This is a leadership role with real influence, from workflow management and quality assurance to client engagement and innovation.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading and coaching a team of media specialists to deliver high-quality campaigns across paid search, social, and programmatic.
- Owning day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows, timely delivery, and effective issue resolution.
- Acting as a senior media expert in client meetings, providing strategic recommendations and building trust.
- Supporting campaign activation during peak periods and troubleshooting complex platform issues.
- Collaborating with data and strategy teams to ensure tracking, reporting, and optimisation are fit for purpose.
- Contributing to new business proposals and shaping media strategies with commercial insight.
