Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and build our audiences on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta.
- Create compelling, original content for LinkedIn (B2B) and TikTok/Meta (B2C) that connects authentically with our audiences
- Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to turn real business moments into scroll-stopping posts, stories, and videos
- Identify trends, cultural moments, and community conversations-be first to create timely, relevant social content
- Build and nurture engaged online communities through regular posting, conversation, and creative campaigns
- Analyse content performance and audience feedback; use insights to keep refining what works
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven ability to create social content that earns high engagement and shares on LinkedIn, TikTok, or Meta
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and video/visual communication skills
- Experience with social listening, audience research, and trendspotting
- Passion for understanding what makes different audiences tick-and delivering content they love
- Collaborative, self-driven, and eager to experiment
