Working with a diverse client base - from national infrastructure providers, utilities, and developers to councils, housing associations, large-scale landowners, and private individuals - you'll gain unrivalled exposure across all property types: coastal, rural, commercial, industrial, and residential. The role can be based in Birmingham (with excellent transport links) or another office location to suit, with regular travel across sites nationwide. What You'll Do Provide professional advice on valuation, acquisition, and disposal of land and rights across varied property types Deliver valuation reports in line with client instructions and RICS Valuation Standards Manage estates across a wide range of portfolio types Build and maintain strong client relationships Guide and supervise Graduate Surveyors while managing your own workload Support Partners on projects while developing leadership and management skills Contribute to business planning and the implementation of best practice systems Ensure compliance with all legal and professional standards What We're Looking For MRICS qualified (ideally a RICS Registered Valuer) Proven experience in valuation, estates, or infrastructure property Strong communication and report writing skills Excellent time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Client-focused with a business development mindset Experience in building and nurturing client relationships A full UK driving licence is essential Why Join?
