Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute social media strategies to engage and build our audiences on LinkedIn, TikTok, and Meta.
  • Create compelling, original content for LinkedIn (B2B) and TikTok/Meta (B2C) that connects authentically with our audiences
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and creative teams to turn real business moments into scroll-stopping posts, stories, and videos
  • Identify trends, cultural moments, and community conversations-be first to create timely, relevant social content
  • Build and nurture engaged online communities through regular posting, conversation, and creative campaigns
  • Analyse content performance and audience feedback; use insights to keep refining what works


Skills & Qualifications


  • Proven ability to create social content that earns high engagement and shares on LinkedIn, TikTok, or Meta
  • Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and video/visual communication skills
  • Experience with social listening, audience research, and trendspotting
  • Passion for understanding what makes different audiences tick-and delivering content they love
  • Collaborative, self-driven, and eager to experiment
