You will be responsible for assisting Directors & Partners in providing Tax compliance and advisory services to a wide range of clients. The primary responsibility will be to deal with all matters relating to the management of a portfolio of existing clients and assist with the development of targets in order to ensure the continued growth of the business. You will also provide assistance to senior members of staff in both client work and in the management of the group, as appropriate. We're looking for someone with: Ability to advise on the tax treatment of share options and other forms of employee share ownership An in depth knowledge of EMI, ESS and knowledge of reward tax and related areas such as employment, NIC and capital gains tax etc Expertise on split interest, freezer and nil paid arrangements Experience in the preparation of share valuations and liaison with HMRC Staff management and mentoring experience Awareness of accounting, employment law and company law implications of share incentives Experience of dealing direct with clients including agreement of fees Educated to degree level (LLB preferred), and/or CTA and/or ATT/ACA qualified or equivalent You'll be able to be yourself; we'll recognise and value you for who you are and celebrate and reward your contributions to the business.
