This role will support all phases of project construction, commissioning, and operational readiness. Key Responsibilities: Implement and manage site-based Electrical Safety Rules, ensuring a safe system of work. Provide expert operational advice on MV/HV/LV electrical systems including offshore substations, WTGs, and both submarine and onshore cables. Ensure safe commissioning and energization of grid connections and electrical plant/equipment. Oversee all MV/HV/LV operational activities to protect personnel safety and network integrity. Coordinate commissioning activities through project construction stages. Take operational electrical responsibility for entire substations.
