Produce and issue service certificates to clients, advising senior management of any rectifications or issues. Carry out service/installation work in a timely manner. Attend callouts at short notice, with some overtime required. Produce detailed technical reports on fault diagnosis, inspection, and repair of fire systems. Offer the highest standards of customer service by being attentive to individual customer requirements and ensuring proactive, efficient, and effective responses. Promote the company at all times when communicating with customers. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, working with systems such as FM200, Novec 1230, CO2, Inert Gas, Low and High Pressure Watermist, Aerosol (FirePro), Kitchen Suppression Systems (Kitchenguard, Amerex, Ansul), and PAFSS.
