Key Deliverables

• Ensure work is undertaken in line with method statements, risk assessments, and NG Bailey health & safety systems, as well as relevant legislation.
• Deliver excellent service by completing PPM tasks and reactive works within contractual SLAs and KPIs.
• Demonstrate strong Health & Safety awareness to ensure the safe delivery of all work.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with internal processes and external regulations.
• Work independently and oversee reactive works and small projects delivered by others.

The position is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, with participation in a 1-24 call-out rota, all within an agile working framework.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking an experienced Mechanical Technician with a proactive, solution-focused approach to engineering. You'll be confident in engaging with clients, explaining technical issues clearly, and outlining necessary actions.

Essential skills & experience:

• Level 2 qualification in a Mechanical discipline (or equivalent).
• BMS experience, multi-skilled capability and/or HVAC certifications.
• Experience in servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC equipment.
• Small mechanical installation works (pumps, valves, taps, etc).
• M&E fault finding.
• Control panel PPMs and actuator work.
• BMS systems such as Trend, Honeywell, Siemens (e.g., resets, hot/cold control, boiler-related tasks).
• Experience with pumps, AHUs, FCUs, filters, belts, and pulleys.
