Implementing and monitoring QMP, ITP, RAMS and Testing & Commissioning Plan requirements. Ensuring inspections, witnessing, certification, commissioning records, as-builts and snagging are completed ahead of handover. Supporting delivery of O&M manuals, end-user training, seasonal commissioning and aftercare requirements. Providing clear progress reporting and maintaining strong communication with project stakeholders. Challenging unsafe practices and unresolved technical or compliance risks. Driving right-first-time delivery, continuous improvement and successful project outcomes. About You We are looking for an experienced Building Services Manager with a proven track record of delivering medium-sized or moderately complex projects from pre-construction through to completion and handover. You will ideally have: Strong experience in building services / MEP project delivery. A background managing both mechanical and electrical building-services packages. Experience working through the full project lifecycle. Strong understanding of design management, procurement, installation, commissioning and handover. Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and specialist supply-chain partners. Good knowledge of construction health & safety, CDM and duty-holder responsibilities.
