The Role:

• Lead and develop sales opportunities across the UK and Ireland
• Collaborate with senior management to create and implement sales strategies that reflect the company's core values
• Be professional in managing projects through effective communications and detailed technical solution finding. To follow all customer projects to the end with timely communications and interventions ensuring a successful outcome.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with key customers, tailoring solutions that are both unique and sustainable.
• Identify and explore new business opportunities while driving the company's growth across the UK and Ireland.
• Use data and analytics to monitor performance and ensure KPIs are met, providing insights to senior management for continuous improvement.
• Lead negotiations to close high-volume, low-value sales while ensuring the delivery of quality services that adhere to our responsible business practices.

The Person:

• Proven experience in a sales role within the packaging or labels industry
• Full UK driving licence
