Provide cover and support at the appropriate level when required and as further directed by the Director of HR and Campus Operations. Support the day to day running of the Union on the base campus, and as required provide a welcome and reception service to members. GENERAL The Governance & Personnel Support Administrator will: At all times by word and deed portray a positive image of the Ulster University Students' Union. Set high standards of integrity, punctuality, accuracy, politeness and professionalism by personal example. Undertake such other duties as instructed, as are within the scope and spirit of the job purpose, the title of the post and its grading. NOTES For full and effective discharge of duties, the post will, at times, require additional commitment over and above normal office hours. The post-holder is expected, within reason, to undertake such hours as are necessary to successfully perform the duties for the post. Overtime is not payable but Flexible/Time Off in Lieu (TOIL) may be agreed with the relevant line manager as appropriate. The post-holder is expected to undertake networking and development opportunities as appropriate to the post. This will include occasional time away from home.
