As the Estates Surveyor your role will include professional duties such as rent reviews, lease renewals and asset valuations. You will also be involved in property management duties such as managing tenant relationships and service charge reconciliations. As part of the role, you will contribute to transactional work such as acquisitions, disposals and lettings. This is a broad role whereby you will be involved in the day-to-day management of the Council's property portfolio and will provide wide variety ensuring no two days are ever the same. This opportunity is offered on either a full-time or part-time basis (four days per week).
