Key Responsibilities Carry out tasks set by site supervisors and gangers to the required standard. Ensure full understanding of all relevant risk assessments, method statements, and site briefings before commencing work. Operate plant, tools, and equipment safely and carry out routine pre-use checks. Maintain a safe and tidy working environment at all times. Deliver works to programme deadlines while adhering to quality and safety standards. Maximise productivity by effectively managing own working time.
