Building Surveyor Location: Brighton Role Overview: We are looking for a Building Surveyor to join our clients' team in Brighton. Working with our clients to build, maintain and develop buildings, which are not only fit for purpose, but for the good of residents and the wider community. What you'll need to succeed Qualifications: HNC/HND or degree in Building Surveying or a related discipline. Membership of RICS, CIOB or similar body is desirable. Experience: Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving damp and mould issues in residential settings. Strong understanding of building pathology and housing legislation. Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
