Key Responsibilities Design and deliver EE's core engineering platforms , including: + AI Metrics Dashboard tracking adoption and value of AI tools + CTO Tech Radar and its integration into Citi Assist + Citi Tech Conference website and future EE web properties + Additional EE applications aligned to strategic engineering uplift Build and lead a high performing engineering team (Belfast & Pune), hiring 5 engineers across DevOps, UX, and full stack development. Provide technical leadership and hands-on architectural guidance across all EE initiatives. Translate emerging AI and engineering practices into scalable, production ready enterprise solutions , ensuring security, stability, and effective evaluation/guard railing. Collaborate with senior stakeholders (EMT 1/2) to understand strategic needs and deliver solutions that drive meaningful engineering outcomes. Champion engineering excellence , ensuring high standards in quality, testing, reliability, and developer experience. Required Experience & Skills Technical Expertise Engineering Lead or Software Engineering Manager experience delivering large scale systems. Proficiency in Python, Java, TypeScript/JavaScript, or Go . Experience deploying LLM / GenAI systems to production with a focus on evaluation, safety, monitoring. Strong background in distributed systems, microservices, SQL/NoSQL, and DevSecOps. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, Helm). Familiarity with frameworks such as Spring (AI/Boot/Core), Flask, LangChain, LangGraph, ADK , MLFlow, and orchestrators like N8N . Experience with React and modern UI frameworks (Gradio, Streamlit).
