As a Residential Support Worker, you will be supporting residents in their daily lives while working closely with senior staff to deliver high-quality, person-centred care. This full-time, permanent role offers a salary of £29,900 including 6 sleep-in and benefits plus overtime at £12.54 hourly rate with additional sleep-ins paid at £90 per night.
