This is a hand on role: part doer, part reviewer, part leader. You will work closely with the Finance Director while also guiding a small finance team. Your new role Lead the group consolidation, month end, quarter end, and year end reporting cycles. Manage the audit, statutory accounts, and UK corporate tax return with external advisors. Support and ultimately own R&D tax credit and US tax return work. Manage overseas accountants, ensuring timely deliverables and correct subsidiary funding.
