JLL is seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Technician for workplace management operations at a prestigious investment company's London HQ in the City Multi-Skilled Shift Technician Position Overview The role provides critical technical support across all building systems and facilities. The core objective is to ensure seamless building operations and an exceptional workplace experience. Key Responsibilities Perform planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, and fabric. Respond promptly to building management system (BMS) alarms, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Monitor and optimize the performance of critical building systems (lighting, heating, ventilation, power). Coordinate with specialist contractors for complex or statutory maintenance. Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and company standards. Provide excellent customer service when responding to facilities requests from building occupiers.
