The opportunity Due to business growth, we are looking to recruit Internal Auditors dually qualified in Food Safety & Health & Safety and Quality, to audit our Sunderland Stadium of Light unit. This role offers flexibility and a chance to get weekend shifts which may benefit some professionals looking for an additional income. The sites are easily accessible by tube stations. You will have responsibility for carrying out our online audits via a tablet and guide our chefs and front of house teams to achieve excellence in safety. Essential requirements: • Level 4 in Food Safety in catering or a higher qualification. • Some food safety auditing experience. • Hands-on, friendly and can communicate effectively • Able to work independently and pro-actively within guidelines. • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Well-presented individual who takes pride in a professional appearance. Desirable requirements: • Some catering operations experience. • IOSH Managing Safely/ NEBOSH General Certificate or higher qualification or studying towards one of these qualifications. • NEBOSH Fire Safety qualification. This role is offered on a casual worker agreement basis for event day work only, with most events taking place at weekends and/or in the evening.
