LEAD TECHNICAL ARCHITECT - GLOBAL SAAS/AI PLATFORM Permanent - Excellent Salary + Benefits Remote - UK-based Clarity is working with a high-growth SaaS business seeking a Lead Technical Architect to take ownership of the architecture of a global, multi-tenant platform, combining cloud-native SaaS, Real Time communications, CRM integration ( Salesforce ), and emerging AI capabilities. This is a senior, high-impact role where you will act as the technical authority across engineering, shaping long-term platform evolution, raising engineering standards, and driving how AI is Embedded into production systems. This is not a pure DevOps or hands-on coding role - it is a leadership-first architecture role with real ownership. You MUST have: Proven experience designing multi-tenant SaaS platforms at scale Strong AWS architecture experience (multi-region, production systems) Experience working on complex distributed systems (ideally Real Time/telecoms) If not, your application will not be progressed.
